1. The service

WishCodes lets a recipient answer a short taste quiz, including a required age range and optional gender context, receive a safe Gift Personality card, and share a private WishCode link. A gift-giver can use that link to provide a relationship and subtype, occasion (including a custom occasion), country, a standard or close custom budget range, gift type and vibe context and receive gift ideas. No account, subscription, payment checkout or ecommerce transaction is part of the current service.

By using WishCodes, you agree to these terms and to the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Your use and your responsibility

Use WishCodes only for lawful, personal gift-planning purposes. Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass rate limits, test tokens that are not yours, or interfere with the service or another person's private link.

If you enter information about another person, you represent that you have a reasonable basis to do so and are using the resulting ideas for an appropriate gift context. Do not submit passwords, account numbers, government identifiers, financial details, medical information, secrets or other sensitive information. The quiz uses an age range and optional gender only as limited context; it is not designed to infer religion, ethnicity, sexual orientation, medical conditions or other protected or highly sensitive traits.

Keep share and management links private. Anyone who has a share link may request gift recommendations for that profile; anyone who has the separate management link may manage that profile. WishCodes cannot guarantee recovery of a lost accountless capability link.

3. AI-assisted recommendations

WishCodes uses server-side AI generation to turn validated taste and giver context into a private profile or gift suggestions. Taste signals are the primary personalization input; age range and optional gender are limited context and do not authorize demographic stereotypes or sensitive inferences. Outputs can be wrong, incomplete, repetitive, unavailable, or unsuitable. They are suggestions, not professional, safety, medical, financial or purchasing advice.

Recommendation cards are not live product listings and do not promise a product, merchant, current price, stock, delivery date or availability. Search results and any decision to buy or book are your responsibility. Check current price, terms, location, age requirements, accessibility, safety and cancellation rules with the external provider.

4. Links and third-party services

WishCodes may link to a search engine or other third-party site so you can investigate an idea. Those sites have their own terms, privacy practices, prices and availability. WishCodes is not the seller, organizer, booking agent or guarantor of any external item or experience, and is not responsible for third-party content or transactions.

5. Availability, changes and limits

WishCodes is an early product provided as available. We may change, suspend or discontinue a flow, a link, a model, a provider or the service without promising uninterrupted availability. A private link may be revoked by its recipient or stop working when a session expires.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, WishCodes and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or lost-opportunity losses arising from use of the service, third-party products, external links, recommendation accuracy or unavailable links. Nothing here excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

These terms do not promise a particular result. You remain responsible for the suitability and consequences of a gift or experience you choose.

6. Intellectual property

WishCodes, its name, visual identity, code, copy and original interface are owned by or licensed to the operator. You may use the service and share its intended links, but may not copy the product or brand for a competing service without permission. You keep rights in information you submit, subject to the limited processing needed to operate WishCodes.

There is currently no exclusive governing-law or dispute-resolution clause in this early version; mandatory applicable law continues to apply.
